  Pilot Who Died in Gujarat Crash Was Engaged 10 Days Ago, Wedding Was Set for November A Jaguar fighter jet of the Indian Air Force crashed near Jamnagar, Gujarat, on Wednesday night during a routine training sortie. The crash claimed the life of 28-year-old Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav, a pilot from Rewari, Haryana. A Heroic Final Act Siddharth and his co-pilot encountered a technical malfunction mid-air. They managed to steer the aircraft away from densely populated areas, ensuring that no civilian casualties occurred. His co-pilot ejected safely and is currently undergoing treatment, but Siddharth tragically lost his life. The crash took place around 9:30 PM in Suvarda village, approximately 12 km from Jamnagar city. Eyewitnesses reported that the aircraft caught fire upon impact, scattering debris across the field.
